Lemon Pirouettes If no Pirouettes you can use birthday or tall thin candles
Instructions
Set Oven to 350 degrees
Crust
Mix the ground lemon cookies, unsalted butter and lemon zest. Press onto the prepared pan with clean hands or use the bottom of a drinking glass.
Batter
Using a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, lemon curd, Limoncello and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.Pour into prepared crustBake for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake another 20 minutes. check for doneness, if still too wobbly, you may need to bake for another 10 minutes.Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
